On 9/2/07 Ranlo Fire and Rescue was dispatched to Monterey Park Drive just inside the Ranlo town limits to a single MVA involving a pick-up truck. The truck appeared to round a curve to fast and begain to slide sideways. On corrrecting the driver lost control crossed over a small embankment landing on the left front grill rolling the truck over and almost hitting a house. No one was hurt but the driver was taken to jail.
