Two car head on MVA with injury. Two men were flown to Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte after a head on collision. It was not known which vehicle crossed the center line.
Ranlo Fire and Rescue, Dallas VFD. Spencer Mountain Road VFD, Dallas Rescue and Gems responded.
Both drivers had to be cut from there vehicles. The Highway Patrol is investigating.
