One Car MVA. Ranlo Fire and Rescue and Spencer Mountain Road VFD responded to a one car MVA with injury on Spencer Mountain Road just outside of the Ranlo City Limits. One person had to be cut from the car which had ran off the right side of the road and over corrected running off the left side of the road striking a tree. She was air lifted to CMC in Charlotte. The driver was only shaken up.
